Please follow the check-out instructions before leaving:
-Leave spaces clean and start dishwasher.
-Recycle & take out trash.
-Turn off lights and AC.
-Close windows & doors.
Failure to follow any of the above instructions will result in a flat fee of €50. If the premises are left in critical condition, an additional cleaning fee of €30/hour will be charged for each hour beyond the scheduled cleaning time, with prior notice and documented evidence.
