For bookings cancelled up to 60 days before the start of the stay, the tenant receives a 100% refund of the payment.

For bookings cancelled up to 30 days before the start of the stay, the tenant receives a 30% refund of the payment (equal to deposit paid on confirmation).

For bookings cancelled from 30 days to the day of arrival, the tenant will receive no refund (100% of payment).

COVID-19:
In case of cancellation due to health emergency (Covid-Sars/Covid19), and therefore objective impossibility to move (DPCM),
the tenant may request to cancel without penalty, or to rebook or suspend the practice until a date to be determined WITHOUT losing the deposit, with no deadline.
